Job Description:
Application Support Engineer will ensure stability, performance, and evolution of our Temenos Transact platform. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical troubleshooting and functional enhancements, managing L1/L2 incidents while contributing to code-level fixes and system developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end support for Temenos Transact environments, ensuring high availability and meeting defined SLAs for incident resolution.
Perform hands-on development for bug fixes, minor enhancements, and Java extensibility (Enquiries, Reports, Versions, and APIs).
Support and configure Transact Arrangement Architecture (AA) products and other modules such as FT, DC, AC.
Work closely with business and operations team to ensure smooth BAU and run the bank activities
Technical Skills:
3 to 5 Years of Experience in Transact version R21 and above
Experience operating or supporting Temenos in a SaaS/Cloud environment.
Strong proficiency in Java for customizing and extending Temenos functionality using TAFJ and JAVA extensibility
Experience in developing T24 components like Enquiries, Versions, Templates, and IRIS APIs
Very good knowledge of AA product customization.
Knowledge in banking eco-systems to understand and support the requests.
