Job Description:

We are a dynamic IT company seeking a Procurement Officer to manage IT-related purchases and service requirements, along with logistics coordination. The role requires effective management of suppliers, freight forwarders, and the complete procurement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors to ensure a reliable supply chain.

  • Negotiation: Negotiate favorable contract terms, pricing, and payment conditions with suppliers to maximize value.

  • Purchasing: Oversee procurement of all essential goods and services, including IT equipment and supplies.

  • Process Oversight: Manage the entire procurement lifecyclefrom preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries to ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of purchases, pricing, and supplier information for reference and auditing purposes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills to secure advantageous deals.

  • Excellent analytical abilities to evaluate options and optimize procurement strategies.

  • High attention to detail for accuracy in all procurement activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in procurement.

  • Proven experience handling IT-related procurement and logistics coordination.

  • Ability to manage purchase orders, follow up on shipments, and handle end-to-end logistics.
