Job Description:
We are seeking a highly driven and technically proficient Technical Sales Manager to lead the sales of atmospheric water generation (AWG) systems to large-scale organizations across the UAE, including government entities, semi-government institutions, and major corporates.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with large enterprises and government entities
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Establish long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Technical Sales & Solution Design
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored AWG solutions
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Work closely with engineering teams to develop customized solutions
Client Engagement & Market Penetration
- Engage with ADNOC, TAQA, Ministry of Defense, and other major organizations
- Build a strong network across procurement, engineering, and operations departments
Commercial & Contract Management
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract finalization
- Support tender submissions and manage RFP processes
Project Coordination
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution teams
- Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5–10 years of technical sales experience
- Strong HVAC / air-conditioning background
- Experience working with UAE government or large corporates
Key Skills
- Strong technical and commercial understanding
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to operate at both technical and executive levels
Preferred Experience
- Experience in HVAC systems, industrial equipment, or sustainability technologies
- Existing network within UAE government or enterprise sectors
