Electronics & Electrical Engineer – AWG Systems (R&D / Product Development)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Electronics & Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of electronic and embedded systems for advanced Atmospheric Water Generation (AWG) technology. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing intelligent control systems, integrating sensors and communication modules, and driving product innovation from concept through production. This position requires strong expertise in electronics design, embedded programming, system integration, and industrial automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electronic circuits, control systems, and PCB assemblies for AWG applications.
  • Develop, test, and maintain firmware for microcontrollers and embedded platforms.
  • Integrate sensors, actuators, controllers, and communication modules into system architecture.
  • Implement automation and control logic for product functionality and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, thermodynamics, and product development teams on system integration.
  • Participate in the complete product lifecycle, including concept development, prototyping, testing, and production.
  • Develop smart control features and IoT-enabled functionalities.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and validation of hardware and firmware systems.
  • Prepare technical documentation, schematics, and support regulatory compliance activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of experience in electronics design, embedded systems, and product development.
  • Strong experience with microcontrollers such as STM32, Arduino, PIC, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in embedded programming using C/C++.
  • Solid understanding of analog and digital electronics.
  • Experience with communication protocols such as UART, CAN, Modbus, and related interfaces.
  • Background in HVAC, industrial equipment, automation systems, or smart device development is highly preferred.
