Job Description:
Proven ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in software solutions and IT resource augmentation.
· Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers.
· Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create compelling proposals and solutions.
· Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
· Represent the company in client meetings, events, and presentations.
Requirements:
· UAE National (Local Candidate)
· Fluent in Arabic and English spoken and written
· 34 years of experience in software sales and/or IT resource augmentation
· Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
· Good understanding of UAE market dynamics, especially in IT/Tech domain
· Self-motivated and target-driven
