We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to provide one-to-one clinical care for patients in the comfort of their homes. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality nursing care while working closely with patients and their families.

Each Registered Nurse will be supported by an ANM/Caregiver, who will assist with non-clinical duties such as personal care, feeding, and hygiene, allowing the nurse to focus on delivering professional clinical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a home healthcare setting.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients' health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and identify changes in patient condition.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and reports.
• Coordinate with the supervising physician and healthcare team regarding patient progress.
• Educate patients and family members on care plans and health management.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and clinical care standards.

ANM/Caregiver Support

The assigned ANM/Caregiver will assist with:

• Feeding and nutrition support.
• Personal hygiene and grooming.
• Mobility and daily living activities.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for the patient.

Requirements

• GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, Post B.Sc., or M.Sc. Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong patient care and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a home healthcare environment.
• Eligibility to complete DataFlow, Prometric, and Hamad Competency requirements.

Work Schedule

• 12-hour shifts (8 working hours + 1-hour break + 3-hour patient support/on-call as per employer policy)
• One day off per week
• Annual leave as per Qatar Labour Law

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: QAR 5,500 per month (Approx. INR 146,000)
